Although we do try our best, we, unfortunately, cannot always accommodate late arrivals.

Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time.

Please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

While we understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, a late cancellation or missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources.

All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 2 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling the appointment.

It is important you advise us of any medical conditions you may have, no matter how minor.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe. We have a range of skin and body treatments available for our pregnant and breastfeeding clients.

Ensure you communicate with your therapists any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements you are taking.

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds on products and gift vouchers if you change your mind.

We accept EFTPOS, Visa Card, Master Card and AMEX. We also accept payment using Afterpay.

All vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. If not redeemed within a 12 month period, the voucher will convert to a dollar amount equivalent to the treatments value at the time of purchase.
